NASTANAК I TRENDOVI RAZVOJA ELEКTRONSКOG BANКARSTVA U SRBIJI

Sažetak


Globalne promene poslovanja i razvoj tehnologije otvaraju nove mogućnosti bankama da poboljšaju kvalitet svojih usluga uz smanjenje troškova i povećanje efikasnosti. Jedna od posledica ubrzanog tehnološkog razvoja i nastojanja banaka da povećaju konkurentnost je pojava elektronskog ili internet bankarstva. Elektronsko bankarstvo u Srbiji počinje da se primenjuje od 2003. godine, ali znatno sporijim tempom u odnosu na razvijene zemlje. Osnovna ograničenja nedovoljnog korišćenja elektronskog bankarstva vezuju se za još uvek nedovoljno korišćenje interneta i napredne tehnologije, otpor stanovništva prema promenama, slabu informatičku prismenost i nepoverenje u obavljanje transakcija putem interneta. U poslednje vreme razvoj elektronskog poslovanja u Srbiji se brže odvija, a pretpostavke su da će taj razvoj nastaviti, naročito u pogledu korišćenja mobilnog bankarstva. Banke bi trebalo da učine napore po pitanju stvaranja kulture poverenja kod klijenata i promovisanja usluga elektronskog bankarstva, kako bi se uticalo na svest stanovništva o pozitivnim stranama ovog oblika korišćenja bankarskih usluga. U radu je opisan nastanak, dosadašnji razvoj i buduće perspektive korišćenja elektronskog bankarstva u Republici Srbiji.
