UTICAJ NACIONALNE KULTURE NA RAD NA DALJINU

Sažetak


Globalizacijom i pojavom sve većeg broja internacionalnih kompanija uticaj nacionalne kulture na različite aspekte ljudskog života u menadžmentu je postao naročito važan u poslednjih nekoliko decenija u savremenom poslovanju. Usled susretanja različitih kultura iz celog sveta, nemoguće je izbeći uticaj ovih kulturoloških razlika i mogućnost konflikata je velika, pa moderni lideri i menadžeri pokušavaju da pronađu dobre tehnike pravilnog upravljanja različitim ljudima koristeći znanja o nacionalnoj kulturi. Svaki oblik sukoba, čak i konstruktivnih konflikata može imati negativan uticaj na radne performanse kod zaposlenih, a u internacionalnim kompanijama veliki broj konflikata je direktna posledica nerazumevanja nacionalne kulture. Zaposleni na daljinu i fleksibilni oblici rada su ishod tehnološke revolucije i globalizacije. Iako nedovoljno istražen oblik rada, zauzima sve više pažnje autora. Menadžeri se susreću sa novim izazovima u upravljanju zaposlenima koji rade na daljinu naročito u multinacionalnim i multietničkim okruženjima internacionalnih kompanija, stoga je važno istražiti aspekte koji utiču na njihove radne performanse.
