Sažetak


Porodične firme zauzimaju važno mesto u ekonomijama mnogih zemalja. Porodični biznis je područje koje danas zaokuplja sve veću pažnju među istraživačima, teoretičarima, investitorima, kreatorima politike i mnogim drugim. Predmet ovog rada je ukazivanje na specifičnosti upravljanja ljudskim resursima u porodičnim preduzećima uz osvrt na medije.
