ETIČKI ASPEKTI UPOTREBE DRUŠTVENIH MREŽA U PROCESU ZAPOŠLJAVANJA

Sažetak


Društvene mreže su značajno doprinele relativizaciji granica između privatnog života i poslovne sfere, što je poslodavcima omogućilo da na jednostavan i brz način, izbegavajući kontakt sa kandidatima, dođu do relevantnih podataka u procesu zapošljavanja. Pribavljajući podatke na taj način poslodavci narušavaju privatnost potencijalnih kandidata, bez njihovog prethodnog obaveštavanja i bilo kakve saglasnosti, što otvara čitav niz kompleksnih etičko-pravnih pitanja, naročito u svetlu velikog broja lažnih profila i stranica na društvenim mrežama. S druge strane i kandidati za upražnjena radna mesta imaju priliku da detaljnije upoznaju poslodavce, ali i zaposlene u organizaciji, te da prikupe više informacija koje često mogu da budu odlučujuće prilikom donošenja konačne odluke o slanju prijave. Većina poslodavaca danas koristi društvene mreže u procesu prikupljanja podataka o kandidatima za posao. Kao najučestalije razloge zbog kojih nisu zaposlili kandidate nakon provere na društvenim mrežama, poslodavci navode neprimerene fotografije, video zapise ili informacije, zatim objave da konzumiraju alkohol ili koriste drogu, kao i da su detektovali diskriminatorske komentare.
